Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Please remember that we have scheduled your appointment time especially for you as Vickie's Cleaning in incur travel and staff wages expenses for all work scheduled.
Therefore, we request at least a 48 hour notice in order to reschedule. This will enable us to offer your cancelled time to other customers. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please call our office at least 48 hours in advance to cancel your appointment in order to avoid a missed scheduled fee charge.
